New Construction in Blainville.
Building from the ground up with one team responsible for everything: feasibility, permits, structure, framing and finishing. No passing the buck between trades.
Building new is as much about coordination as it is about structure.
Project management and wood structure & framing are two of our six areas of expertise — not services added on as needed. In practice, that means the same team planning the schedule and budget is also the one building the structure, from floor to roof. In Blainville and across the North Shore, that's what lets us take a new build in hand from the first shovel in the ground to handing over the keys.
New construction is often combined with other projects: a future extension, custom framing, a high-end kitchen built in from the start rather than renovated later.

New Construction — FAQ
Are you a licensed RBQ contractor?
Yes. Les Constructions PRO G2 holds RBQ license 5854-3927-01. A new build is carried out to current standards, by a qualified team.
Where does a new construction project start?
With feasibility: we look at the lot, its orientation, and the City of Blainville's constraints (setbacks, zoning, height) before even talking about plans. That's what avoids bad surprises later.
Do you handle building permits with the City of Blainville?
Yes. As general contractor, we prepare the permit file, coordinate the engineer if structural calculations are required, and follow the file through to issuance.
Do you do the structure and framing yourselves?
Yes. Wood structure and framing are one of our six areas of expertise, done by our own team — not blindly subcontracted out. It's often the most critical step of a new build. See our framing & structure page for details.
Is the kitchen and finishing included?
Yes. The project is delivered turnkey: envelope, interior and exterior finishing, kitchen and bathrooms, through to the final inspection. See also our kitchen & bathroom page.
Do you also build outside Blainville?
Yes. New construction is one of our six areas of expertise across the North Shore, including Terrebonne, Mirabel and Boisbriand.
Is the quote free?
Yes, always. We discuss your project, assess what's needed, and come back with a detailed, personalized quote — no obligation.
